Villa Kumanluk – A classic private luxury villa
Situated some 200 metres up from the waters edge in the fashionable Kömerluk area is this 4 bedroomed (all en suite) fully serviced luxury villa with pool. Just 10 minutes walk from the shops, restaurants and harbour of central Kalkan, the villa is conveniently located whilst offering a degree of privacy, exclusivity and superb sea views. Downstairs is a spacious through lounge/ kitchen dining area looking out to the sea. The very contemporary kitchen area ( updated for 2012 season) has all Bosch appliances and is generously stocked with all utensils. The lounge area is also contemporary, with flat screen TV/DVD, and I-Pod dock system. Wi-Fi internet access is available. Floors throughout the villa are in cool white marble.
It is the outside space in Kalkan which is the most important and Villa Kumanluk does not disappoint. A large sun patio in polished travertine offers uninterrupted views across the bay and its ever changing vista. The private swimming pool is just a step away for cooling off. Outside dining is in the shade of a spacious canopied pergola , with a choice of gas or charcoal barbecues as well as the kitchen oven and hob. There are numerous sun umbrellas available for when the need arises. The property is completely enclosed for privacy.
