30% non-refundable deposit secures your booking with the remainder due eight weeks before departure.
We reserve the right to re-advertise your dates following non-receipt of final payment.
Occupancy normally runs from Friday to Friday, although other transfer days can be arranged by agreement.

Flights
We are happy to research flights on your behalf. The nearest airport is Dalaman.
Transfers
We can arrange a taxi/minibus to collect your party from the airport and take you to the villa. Depending on the size of your party your transfer costs will range from £50 to £75 each way and the journey takes a maximum of 2 hours (1.5 on a good run). The transfer company will also arrange car hire if required and will deliver to the villa. Transfer costs are paid locally either by cash or credit card.
Management of the property
The villa, garden and pool are serviced daily and we can even arrange delivery of fresh bread each morning to save you the short stroll to the village.
